SAT PREP CLASS
One of our goals is to help prepare our athletes for college, and preparation for the SAT’s is an important part of putting yourself in a good position to get into the school you want. Many D1 and D2 schools offer players the opportunity to earn a good chunk of their tuition from academic aid! So, we are really excited to announce that starting Saturday, October 7th, we will be sponsoring an 8 week SAT Prep course led by Karen Hartley. Karen has a BS in Chemical Engineering, an MBA, and is currently a Math Instructor at South Piedmont Community College. Sessions will be held from 3:00 – 5:30, every Saturday leading up to December’s SAT date, at the Hartley home (in the Marvin Ridge area). The cost per student is $400 (checks will be written Karen and brought on the first day). It is open to all high school student-athletes who want to get great preparation for the SAT’s. If you have questions, please email Karen Directly at firstname.lastname@example.org.
